Norfolk Program Coordinator – Teenlink

Youth Unlimited YFC Southwestern Ontario is a youth-focused, faith-based, organization that exists to help young people throughout Southwestern Ontario attain their full life potential by showing love and care for their whole person.

We are looking for an individual that is able to provide leadership in the visioning, planning and implementation of this local ministry in Norfolk, ON.  Responsibilities include overseeing a local volunteer team while personally engaging in the relational evangelism and discipleship of youth.  Being a team player is a must! The ability to build strong relationships and interpersonal skills are a high priority.  

Teenlink is a program where teens receive certification in Mental Health First Aid, TASK (Anger Management), Safe-Talk, healthy relationships, stress management, financial management, and goal setting. The purpose of learning these skills is to help teens apply them in their community, as we continue with educating about topics so they can make informed decisions, to grow and engage others in these decisions.

The salary of this staff position is determined on a scale based on education and experience and is funded on a missionary basis requiring the gathering of a ministry partnership team. Accommodation is available for applicants with disabilities.
