Youth Unlimited YFC Southwestern Ontario is a youth-focused, faith-based, organization that exists to help young people throughout Southwestern Ontario attain their full life potential, showing love and care for their whole person.
We are looking for an individual that is able to provide leadership in the visioning, planning and implementation of this local ministry in Norfolk, ON. Responsibilities include overseeing a local volunteer team while personally engaging in the relational evangelism and discipleship of youth. Being a team player is a must! The ability to build strong relationships and interpersonal skills are a high priority.
In this role, you will mentor, equip and challenge youth, ages 12-19, to live healthy, productive lives by helping them develop social entrepreneurial opportunities. It would be your priority to give youth the courage and confidence to dream and take steps toward their life and career goals. In order to help each participant develop economically sustainable livelihoods, the program coordinator would provide the needed life, essential and skills training as well as wraparound care, Mental Health First Aid, unpaid and paid work-experiences, job responsibilities and long-term retention supports.

The salary of this staff position is determined on a scale based on education and experience and is funded on a missionary basis requiring the gathering of a ministry partnership team. Accommodation is available for applicants with disabilities.
