Elise Medeiros

Elise Medeiros is the Director of Human Resources at Southwestern Ontario Youth For Christ. She is dedicated to uniting the satellites and staff of SWO YFC by providing essential services, creative changes, and positive impressions from the head office.

She began her work with the organization in 2008, working in various departments of the head office, and then eventually joining the HR Department as an Assistant. She moved into the HR Director’s position in 2021. In this role, she operates as a collaborator, researcher, and influencer.

Elise is married to her husband Dave and is a busy mom of three.
