Diann Deller

Diann Deller is the Director of Human Resources at Southwestern Ontario Youth For Christ. She is dedicated to uniting the satellites and staff of SWO YFC by providing essential services, creative changes, and positive impressions from head office.

She began her work with the organization in 1995 by helping her husband Steve with administrative duties. As the chapter saw continued growth, Diann moved through various roles, including: accounting clerk, office manager, and is presently the Director of Human Resources. In this role she operates as a collaborator, researcher, and influencer. Together, Diann and Steve have seen the growth of SWO YFC from 10 staff to over 80 today.

Diann is married to Executive Director Steve Deller; they have three daughters, two son-in-laws, and seven grandchildren.
