Early Childhood Educator required to work in Botswana Africa with YFC. This individual will be a teacher at a daycare facility and be responsible for a class. The person will be responsible for the purchase of food and equipment for the center. They will co-ordinate all volunteers that come to the center and train and equip the people to help run the center. The candidate will develop an ongoing relationship with the community and work with them to keep them involved with the work and in fundraising projects. Administrative tasks such as creating a newsletter, managing the office, creating a monthly prayer request list and submission of monthly reports to the head teacher.
Minimum of one year commitment required. This is a volunteer position.
This individual needs to love children, be able to take care of orphan and vulnerable children, be organized and be able to take initiative.
